TTS will ride better (they have magnetic ride dampers).
BMW will have more fun handling.
TTS will have more planted handling due to 4wd.
Performance will be about the same.

You need to drive them both really.

I've had a TTS for 5 years. It's a very good all rounder. Certainly less fun/involving than a Z4 but probably better all rounder if it's your only car.
