Beware of clocked BMW 640D for sale - BL12FZF

If this car is advertised at anything less than 109000 IT HAS BEEN CLOCKED. I owned this far for over 2 years, selling it in April 2017 to a dealer who came to my house to buy it. It DID NOT have a full service history and hardly any BMW service history (as I serviced it at my local garage and missed a few services). so if it is sold with one that is not the case - BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I saw it advertised in a few places (eBay and auto trader) after I sold it, being advertised at 85000 with a full service history. All ads were taken down after I alerted them, but think my old car (now apparently clocked) maybe for sale again. A warning to buyers not to get stung. I registered the mileage with HPI when I sold it, is the genuine mileage at sale will come up on an HPI check. Thanks

11th July 2015, car has done 38,919 miles .
A year later July 2016 it has done 81,573 miles.
No problem with that, the car has been well used approx 42,000 miles in a 12 month period.
Now here is the interesting bit.........from July 2016 to August 2017 the car has only done 3400 miles.
O.P click on the mot link and through it you can contact the DVLA. Report this and lets hope someone gets prosecuted.
