Early A5 sports back around £10k

What should I look for other than FSH and good overall condition? I was looking at an A4 Avant but then saw that the sports back has a good size boot too and looks great.

Under 100k hopefully, 2.0TDi. Thoughts?

Looked at them as a second car, but realised that the early pre-fl only had 4 seats; 5 came with from '12 onwards iirc.

Might not be a deal breaker, but I'm just assuming that because you wanted an A4 Avant, you may need it for practicality sakes.

Um, child seats to go in the rear so 4 seats might be a bit tight.. Thanks for the heads up as I'd only seen the later models

Early low powered ones have heavy steering i think, that if its the same as the early a5 coupe. Oil pump is an issue as is the clutch
