Hello Guys, i was wondering if you can help me choose what car to buy,

Im Looking forward to Buy GOLF 7 GTD or BMW F30 (184 ps), Or Seat Leon FR or A3.

All the cars above are 184ps and golf and bmw as i see they are 0-100 - 7.5, the leon and audi are 7.3.

I'm going to buy second hand car, 2013 or 2014 year. So what i need from you is if you can help me choose which car i should buy.

Example no.1 all the cars are same equipment and same price, id go for 1.BMW, 2.GTD, 3.AUDI, 4.FR, This is easy choise, now the hard one is, if there is difference in price for example if the beamer is lets say 1000 euro or 2000 euro more expensive than the GTD does it worth for me to spend those extra 2000, or i should go for GTD, also if the leon is 3000 - 4000 CHEAPER than others is it resonable to buy it ?

Im Looking to buy car from Germany, 2013 - 2014, no more than 150 000 KM and from First Hard Seller,

Please tell me your opinion, btw my budget is around 15 - 16k euro.
Also Why i choose that one over others ???? ad how good is it against others in % biggrin

Well then, the 'right' car is the one that suits your lifestyle best.

Tell me which car suits your lifestyle best, then i'll tell you which one to buy.

i had a MK7 GTD and other than the touch screen infotainment I liked everything about it. the Leon is almost the same but slightly less refined (I think it has less sound deadening) and the interior quality isn't quite as good. I had an A3 before the Golf and found it almost identical to drive apart from when going through tight corners where the golf was better with its front diff, but the A3 was more boring to look at and I preferred the infotainment system in it using the wheel thing.

not driven the BMW so can't really comment

bhp/ton may not tell you if you can live with the car. On-paper figures mean diddly-squat. you need to drive them to see which is best. I would say split the test drives into two categories. Test drive for if you like the car. Then test again to see which one suits your REAL needs, shopping, loading with gear/bikes, town or country (even hilly remote areas). Most cars will cope with most of that, but one will stand out.

They all are same for driving, for comfort, for acceleration, for curve roads (maybe bmw best), but they are all the same, what i dont like @ the GTD is that the screen is down and you cannot really use it while you drive, other cars got screens up so its easyer to navigate through them.

Its kinda hard decision for me really cos they all cost around the same they all perform the same, the build quality imo is bmw then golf or audi then seat....so thats why its hard for me to decide which one to choose frown

ATM i Drive a MK Golf 6 2.0TDI 140hp 2011 comforline, 116 000km, the car is all good no problems at all what so ever, but i want a little bit faster car like the 184 and then to remap to 220hp, yeh i load up the golf when i go to vacation so it has decent trunk, and of theese cars have bigger trunk than the golf, and they are all more comfort and better than the current golf i have...

I just need good looking car, fast, reliable, not too expensive to maintain, I live in country where we pay no tax for any emissions or stuff like that so i have no problem with euro VI or euro V.... i mean i just want sporty looking car that i can do overtakes easy and good city drive biggrin

they are all bland tubs of boredom, so you don't have much hope of choosing the right one. Build quality will be the same on all(crap, but people keep pretending german=quality), drive will probably be quite similar save the bmw, but you will get a pathetic engine and drive it like a grandad so it won't matter anyhow.

Too many decisions are made on ridiculous and meaningless metrics.

Keep looking at other cars until you go... that looks awesome, or how fun is that.

So if they all drive the same - don't buy the Golf, and pick one of the others in the nicest colour.
