A lot of these suggestions seem to be taking the piss out of the OP, so here's a sensible one, that seems to offer what the OP wants (Petrol, Auto, Mercedes)

With your budget, I'd suggest a BMW or a Mercedes. Probably about 2015 and an auto petrol.
