Any interest in a "sticky" for private buyers on a budget?

Following on from a thread on here regarding a cheap first car buying drama and the amount of people that seem to get stung when buying a cheap car, would there be any interest in a guide to buying a cheap second hand car?

I have a vast experience in this and feel I could knock up a list of checks when finding a vehicle and again whilst viewing it and then for the transaction.

If so I will draft one and post it so people can offer their view and add anything extra.
