Keep browsing new MX5s - anybody got one?
Discussion
I've never really wanted a new car - don't like depreciation. But I'm getting a bit tired of my Alfa roof needing fixing, and I do like the look of the new MX5s. Seem to be a few around with ~10 miles on them for a touch over £20k (2.0l model).
If I could get shot of the Alfa, I guess it would leave a balance of about £15k, which doesn't seem that bad for a warranted reliable car. Although I guess that's basically £15k of depreciation in the next few years.
Anybody got one and are they worth the money? They seem pretty cheap for what they are.

Oh yes.
My 5th MX5, a ND 2 litre, paid just over £18k privately with 8,000 miles on the clock
It is the best yet, but get some BBR springs on it soonest, drops it an inch, no detriment to ride, handling much more "in touch"
Just contemplating a BBR Super 200 upgrade as I think I will have this car for a good few years.
And in case anybody tells you it is a hairdressers car, my other car is an Aston Vantage and I had a Chimaera for ten years.
