Found an XC90, spec is good, but it has tan/beige lesthrr seats. Am i going to get lots of blue denim in no time?
Any light leather is at risk of dye transfer. Always make sure new jeans have been washed a few times before you sit on it, and never sit on it with wet denim of any age. There are good dye transfer removal kits out there, EG LTT.I'm a leather restorer FWIW.
I've got light ivory seats and find that jeans of any age or quality leave marks. I clean them frequently with leather upholstery cleaner and don't allow the stains to build up otherwise they're more difficult to remove.
A bit of effort is required, but not enough to make me not buy a car with light coloured seats.

I have MY18 V40 with the "blond" (very light cream) leather as I dislike dark leather. Blue denim does rub off on it, but I use a leather wipe (https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/112591898351) every other month and the seats are as good as new.
