Is it possible to order LHD cars from UK dealers?

Hello all,

As above really. Can anyone shed some light on this? I know some of the higher end dealers will order LHD drive vehicles for clients, but can you order run of the mill stuff, or is it better ordering direct from EU based dealers?

My friend did it. Ordered a UK spec Citroen C2 VTS in LHD from the local Citroen dealer. Full 3 year warranty etc. He had a C2 S1600 rally car that was LHD and wanted the road car for recce use. He wanted a Peugeot and they would do it but would only offer a 1 year warranty for some reason.

I know that you can order a LHD MINI but only from the Park Lane showroom.

One of my colleagues has just ordered a LHD Skoda Kodiaq, apparently the dealer he used specialises in exporting cars for expats.

Do you intend registering the vehicle for us in the UK?

Yes indeed. But primarily for use on the continent.
