Just a little concerned about the oil they have used. Any Ideas?

It's Fuchs oil which is a good brand, also I saw this actual car at Audi Bexleyheath it looked clean.

Don't those V8s have a camchain at the rear of the engine?

If it's a camchain V8 why write 'BLT 112.5' on that sticker at the front of the engine?

I wonder if that car is in the sellers name? Smells a little bit of trader. Might well be wrong.
