Need help choosing my next car

My first post on here although I've been stopping by looking for advice for years.

So, here's my dilemma.

My E91 320d tourer was written off 2 weeks ago after driving it into 4" water and the engine sucking some of it up. (I've since found out, BMW's have very low air intakes.)

I was planning on updating it to something a little bigger next year, but that's quickly been brought forward now.

I've had a good look around and have reduced the choice to 3 cars. All estates, all 2.0l diesels, all manual transmission

1) 2011 A6 Avant, S-Line special editions. (full Audi history, 66k miles)

2) 2014 Mondeo Titanium business edition (Full history 68k miles)

3) 2014 Passat Exclusive (Full history, 55k miles)

All priced at the same amount, all through main dealers with 6 month warranty etc. All are the pre-updated versions so fully loaded, (each model was updated in there respective year to the current model) To go 4 months new adds a £1-2k to the price.

My heart is telling me Audi, my head Ford. The Passat is an outsider unless convinced otherwise.

I'll most probably keep the car for 3-4 years and add 60(ish)k miles to it.

What would you choose?

I'd say the Mondeo Audi then Passat.
