Buying a used S Class barge

I'm in the market for a lazy barge to use as a daily and to waft about in without fuss. I've always had a soft spot for the S Class, and i've come to the conclusion that if I don't seriously consider one now then I never will.

I'm specifically looking around the 2010 model. Can anyone with any experience tell me what to look out for? I know repairs and general maintenance will be on the expensive side, but should I be worried about high milers? Any issues with the diesel engines or any other known problems?

Interestingly I am looking for a 2013 or newer to replace my 430d. They have such a great reputation as being the consummate barge that even though I swore never to drive another Mercedes again after my 250D, I am going to reconsider......
