Other than ford eco sport can anyone recommend a SMALL car with 4wd / Awd but also has parking sensors / cameras, heated seats, decent in built sat nav, spare wheel, keyless or as many of these features as possible please. Smaller The better.

Fiat Panda is about the smallest 4wd out there but unlikely to have all the luxuries.

You shouldn't need parking sensors or reversing camera on such a small car.

Even if you can't find one with a satnav, it should be easy enough to mount your own. I've mounted a second satnav in my Swift by removing the rubber part of the suction cup from the satnav mount (push out a pin) and using a circle of 3M VHB tape to attach the rubber-less mount to the dash top.

Regarding heated seats: you can buy heated pads that plug into the 12v socket.

Lunar Rover, although I'm not sure about the parking sensors.

Meets the rest of your criteria nicely though

Serious answer and closes you'll get is a Suzuki Ignis AllGrip SZ5. No Heated seats and spare wheel would have to probably be bought separately but ticks every other box.

The new Swift is available with Allgrip too; the SZ5 on that has more kit than the Ignis but doesn't have the SUV ride height or styling.

SX4 S Cross but probably too big. Or that weird Ssang Yong thing (spelling doesn't look quite right!)

I don't think the EcoSport is available with 4WD in the UK.
