What car - 4 Seat's and a Hard top
Discussion
My mum's old car that she has had for almost 8 years is going in place for a new car. It's a Ford Focus CC. She always wanted a convertible and liked the CC when she seen it. But did not like the 3 doors and it came in white. But she got over that quickly. it's done 22k from new since she had it.
She will normally will say she likes a car buy the colour. Which is understandable, but does not like the idea of a soft top. Which I have tried to say is not a bad thing at all. and they are well insulated nowadays. Where her car is parked is in a secure area so I explained no issues with people cutting a soft top if any.
And she said she is not that fussed if it's a convertible but I would like to give her informed information on what is out there before she goes for anything else.
So any recommendations on a 4 seater between 20-30k, hard top with 4 seats that's less than 2-3 years old.
Top of the list at the moment is a 4 series that i've shown her.
Any experience with 4 series. Servicing and any issues.

Not a convertible but a pillarless coupe?

or they do do it in convertible form:

or with a slightly more punchy engine....

or if the E is too big there is also the C, the coupe is not pillarless however:

but they do a (fabric) convertible too which is still slightly above budget:

or from another manufacturer.....not a convertible however:

Also the Audi A5 in either coupe or (fabric) convertible
