So I've been mad busy and stressed and in the knowledge my old 180,000 mile Bora will soon need taxing and new tyres and probable other fettling we decided to get a new car but quite frankly for the first time in my life i couldn't face the hunt or the arguing over requirements. I have my weekend car and will inherit the family bus for work, of course I'd love an M5 touring or some such, but reality is a kicker...

So with £10k (plus my bora) and the basic requirement that I'd not prefer another diesel and the kids must all fit in the back off she went...

Anyone guess what she came back with?
