Should I buy from Imperial Car Supermarkets?
Discussion
I’m looking at buying a 2015 BMW 320d tourer Msport from Imperial Cars who have many supermarkets dotted around Hampshire, and the London area. All their cars are ex lease which doesn’t bother me as all seem to be hip clear, well serviced and presented. Are there any good or bad experiences?

I bought my 2014 Mini Cooper D Clubman from them last May. Easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. Ignored all the warranty hard sell BS and just paid what it was listed for. Car was clean and tidy, exactly as described on the site and has been (touch wood) faultless in the 8 months and 25,000 miles I’ve had it for.
When I was waiting for mine to be cleaned, I viewed and drove away same day, I had nosey around the rest of their stock and it was all very good. They seem to get the best stuff out of BCA in the area.
They’re a low margin, high stock turnover business. They don’t make much on the cars so will punch hard on the extended warranties as that’s where their profit is.
I’d recommend them as long as you go in with your eyes open and can fend off the sales patter for the extras.
