Q regarding lease negotiating

Hi I have got a quite for a Q5 s line S tronic 3 +48 10,000 miles for 358 a month. The company have indicated that 15 pounds will have to be added in light of VED changes
I have never taken pch out before and my question is can you negotiate with lease deals in the same way you can with pcp or a straight sale?

Cheers I'll give it a go, there are a few leasing sites that promise to beat your best price so I'll run them off against each other and see what comes back
