Finally decided on a car to replace my Mini Cooper

As many of you know, I have done a lot of car threads, on what to buy for my next car. I went to see a few with the other half and decided that we don't really need a big car and that as the Mini is adequate for what we need.

So I have decided to replace the Mini with well another Mini, possibly a JCW. I have looked at a Renault Clio and Megane RS, nice cars, but I could not drive one every day. An A1 was a little too boring, didn't bother looking at an Abarth, they are fun to drive, but they are even smaller than my Mini, so it was no good. I am not that keen on a Fiesta ST, I think they are everywhere. The Polo GTI was out of the budget.

So I decided on a JCW Mini from 2014/15. I have seen a few in stock and I am looking at test-driving one over the weekend. But I think as an overall car they are quite hard to beat.

Does anyone own one? Any issues, I am pretty familiar with the Gen 1 Mini, so I know what to look out for. But having never owned a JCW I may need some advice.
