anyway. I've got a BMW 330e for £250pm ish and the contract ends this year. I'm struggling to find a replacement around the same price.

Any suggestions?

Unlikely. A combination of the move in the value of the pound v the euro and an oversupply of used cars affecting deprecation has had a significant effect on lease and PCP prices in the past year.

How long is a piece of string? If you make a big enough advance payment you can get the monthly payments down but manufacturers don't seem to be so keen to subsidise the final value now which has the opposite effect on the monthly figures. Shop around.

There are still some amazing deals around (A4 S-line 1.4 springs to mind) - they are just few and far between now sadly. You have to be patient if you can...
