Audi S3 Saloon or BMW m2
Discussion
I have no experience of either car but I have been lusting after an M2 ever since it came out.
You get a better more aggressive look from the M2, a more powerful and better sounding engine and you won't be mistaken as a drug dealer in the M2. However, the S3 has a better looking interior.

Got an M2 on order, 3yr pcp. What sort of deal did you get on the S3?
Personally I can’t see the S3 being as good a drive as the M2 and isn’t that the most important aspect?
I have been offered 410 pm, 8000 miles per year, 4 year pcp - which i THINK is a good deal as the deposit was under 10%! Personally I can’t see the S3 being as good a drive as the M2 and isn’t that the most important aspect?
They're two completely different cars. As long as you don't mind spending the extra, it'd be the M2 all day long for me. The M2's natural competitor is the RS3. The S3 is more of an M140i/M240i rival.
I do like the S3 Saloon though. If you want something a bit cheaper, it's not a bad option to go for.

Douglas Park in Glasgow are advertising an M2 at £569/£569 with decent spec
Mine was £4750 and £399, 8k pa, 3yr PCP and the usual spec you see advertised currently on a pre-reg 18 plate (Rochdale BMW).I have seen maybe an odd one cheaper but they tend to go fast, i think my price is a good baseline.
Working on £22 per extra £1k deposit it seems that is slightly expensive compared to some.
If you are daily driving I would personally go for the S3. Cheaper, should be more economical, 4WD in particular would sway me for a daily driver. Especially with the recent weather
I also like the Audi interior more so. It's also worth noting that a limited slip diff is an optional extra on the M2 so you might need to budget for that
