That's my contract hire budget for a new company car.

I just keep flopping around from one car to another, but i know i'm not really looking at everything out there.

To date i've decided (then changed my mind) on an F-Pace S, C43 GLC Coupe, Porsche Macan GTS, and current consideration is C43 Coupe facelift specced with everything Mercedes offer...

Main criteria is something quite fast (sub 5 second), fair boot space (though i can always stick on a roof rack), and enough space in the back for teenage kids.

I do have a thing for SUV's hence the F-Pace,GLC, Macan choices, but already have a fast one for my weekender, so need to change my mindset on this...

What am i missing out there that i've not even thought about ?

I'd be having a look at a CLS 450 - might be tax efficient as it's hybrid - not sure what the current rules are. With a sub 60k list plenty of room for options

What about an E53 AMG it's a hybrid so that should be a bonus tax wise & they come in bang on budget:

Or you could go for a last of the line E43.

I just picked up a GLC63s for 72k, so with a bit of haggling you could probably get the non s within budget

So you have a car value rather than a maximum monthly payment amount? confused Sounds a strange way to do it. Why is that, tax reasons?

Get a Maserati Ghibli, lots of options, and a big smile every time you press ‘Sport’ mode.

Just part of the way the package was agreed - car value £65k, subject to sensible depreciation...

Give me the opportunity to go out shopping, and then go back with a spec i want

I like the RS6 but a bit pricey, and we're based just next to Audi's UK HQ, so see way too many Audi's...

Good call, very tempting, though to get all the bits i'd like it goes a little past my £65k budget frown

Ford Mustang V8 with manual box, is the correct answer, if you still like cars

Haha still love my cars, but trying to think with my practical hat on..

Already have a 800hp V8 (auto though). Dont need a rear end happy manual for my day to day 'business' travel biggrin
