Which 4 Metre Panel Van?

How is it that Peugeot (and most probably Fiat/Renault/Vauxhall, I haven't researched them) can build 4 Metre panel vans with 200kg more payload than the Sprinter and Transit?

Because & this is a guess, that the Sprinter & Transit will be RWD.
