Currently selling a car, it's a 2006 skoda octavia. I've owned the car since 48k miles up to 110k, and have full history (receipts etc) for my entire ownership, including the big service (cambelt).

It came with a full stamped service book, and a few receipts for work done before my ownership. I have the receipts, but can't find the service book. Cars priced at £3300, what sort of price adjustment would be fair?

Personally the receipts are worth more than a stamped service book as it shows exactly what has been done and what parts were used.

I wouldn't bother adjusting the price as any potential buyer will probably want to negotiate anyway and you would just be lowering the starting point.

Its a 12 year old car, you have a substantial crop of receipts up to selling point. No issue.
