Hi all, the better half has an operation and several return trips booked in next month, am after a car that will glide her to and from the hospital over the Scottish roads, have looked at a C5 and a S500 so far, budget is 1-2k max, both the ones I have seen are pretty good but want to know if there are many that I have not thought of, many thanks Gary

Just tested an XJ 2004 but found it to be not even close to the s class in comfort, thanks for the replies am getting test drives booked in.
