Im coming from all Italian motors, and love sound. Guilia veloce was extremely mute, im thinking of switching to German m power. M325i v M440I v 4355i. Is the conundrum.

I love butter. Beige is a colour. How many potatoes in a bag.

Sausage.

There’s no M car on that list. I love lamp.

the soundiest car i know is the chevrolet sonic.

there is also the Ford Bang to consider.

but yeah, the 6 cylinder bmws sound 'ok' but in comparison to virtually all other modern engines that means 'relatively great'.

None of those are M cars & none will be more vocal than your Giullia there are lots of good options but first you need to decide on a budget & criteria:

My pick of potential fast (M performance/S/AMG light models etc) saloons would be the Jaguar XE S in either 335/380bhp form:

How many seats do you need?

Cayman S 981 sounds exotic compared to the Bmw models you've listed.

Love sound - C63
Love M cars - M3

One of the above should do the trick.

The M3 sounds pretty good, but not within the acceleration that you ask for A V10 R8 Plus does too, and I think just sneaks in under 6 seconds at 5.9.

Best sub 6 second car?

Right now for me it would be the Aventador Superveloce Jota, until they release the roadster.

6 cylinder BMW's sound decent if you change the exhaust. The current ones have fake sound piped in and are quite muted outside.

RS3 has a "unique" sound and Evo clocked it's 0-60 as 3.7s...... in the wet.

Looking at the second post I'm not surprised.

And the 3 cars he's mentioned are pretty much the same car in a different frock. Assuming he meant m235i rather than m325i

I previously had a Giulia Veloce, and now in a 440i with the M Performance and Sound Kit. Basically a map to 360bhp / 500nm and a silly exhaust with flaps which can be VERY loud when you want it to. All provided by BMW so under warranty too.

Sounds lovely, but usually £1800 fitted.
