Comments on McLaren underbody

I am being offered a 2012 McLaren 12c and have received the below video from a pre-purchase inspection. There appears to be some oil leakage but not sure of the severity.
I would very much appreciate comments / impressions of the extent of damage / necessary repairs given that this is a 6 year old car. Since the car is out of warranty, I would be interested in your estimates for repair costs as well (there will be a report by the garage but I would like to cover all the bases...).
