Hi all, need to pick something up this weekend for the missus, looking at 100,000 mile plus disco, rr full fat, sports etc...don’t mind petrol or diesel, spec or otherwise.

Which one would you have? Generally going to be used my me and the missus chucking small dog in the back running errands going to b&q etc

Any recommendations for dealers in Surrey/ Sussex area?!

I would have thought that such a tight deadline to look at 100,000 mile Land Rovers (or any other car for that matter) could lead to financial pain. You're going to have to look at the individual cars carefully to sort the wheat from what could well be a considerable amount of chaff.

I’m sure Jeeps are Great..... they just don’t look as good as range rovers.

I have always wanted a Defender but I'm put off by the number of thefts.

L322, whats your pick? TDV8 ? were they more reliable later on? Had a 4.4 bmw version which had normal gearbox and cooling sytem woes, liked it tho.. if 30k in pocket would you go high miles L405 or late L322 tdv8 aurobiography?

No genisis here, taking a trip to uk soon to do lots of car looking..

I'd take the TDV8 in either 3.6/4.4 form.

Something like an 'ardcase pedal box lock, kill switch and/or aftermarket alarm should sort that out tongue out

Why would you buy an LR for the "missus"

"Looking at Land Rover as a brand, we'd advise caution – and a large repair budget.

Land Rover is the only carmaker to get a poor two stars out of five reliability rating"

Why ?
