Lead times on Civic Type R FK8

Considering buying one of these , salesman reckons lead time is 2 weeks ! I'm not sure I believe that , can anyone who has recently bought one confirm ?

Why don't you ring other dealers? If they all say 2 weeks then it's 2 weeks.

Salesmen aren't known to lie and you should believe everything they say. That's the rule I live by and it hasn't caused me any problems yet.
