40-50k to spend and want luxury with toys (cooled seats, adaptive cruise, massage, burmester) and you can get a 2014 S500 coupe now for this kind of money or a 2017 e coupe with a cls63 mk2 for less.

Not that fussed about the 63s 500hp as ive been there quite a few times but it does mean it comes with more toys as standard, like the looks and the interior (but not as much as the new interiors) dont absolutely need 4 doors but could be handy..

The other two cars i love the looks inside and out but prefer the s class, is a 2014 going to be problematic? Had an sl55 back in 2004 and it wasnt the most glitch free car! Is the 2017 e coupe as quiet as the 2014 s500? Ive heard its pretty cocoon like from reviews.

Power wise im happy with anything north of 300 tbh somdoesnt play a big part in my decision

Any thoughts? I’m Coming from a 2013 xf which it really like so was thinking just go to the XJ

The S500 is the one to go for.

Definitely the S. It is several steps above the E/CLS in terms of luxury.

As Mercedes themselves say: "the best or nothing".

I’ll have a go in one then thumbup

be good if i can get one still in network, i guess i can get extended mercedes warranty and this would be the same as original warranty in terms of cover or are there choices on levels with older cars?
