Buying a new M4 - possibly?
Discussion
That’s a petty good deal, and with 0% finance it’s relatively affordable.
I only didn’t go for one because I made the mistake of looking at the expected future values and with my penchant for getting bored quickly I couldnt stomach the 15k hole I’d be in after a year. The depreciation on these cars is pretty bad.
If it’s a keeper then over 4 or 5 years I guess it’s not a bad prospect.

Or buy it at 4-5 years old and run for 3-4 years that’s the sweet spot. Beyond 8-10years costs go up end of 3-4 years discs pads and tyres would have been changed. Sounds like a very good deal,
In my humble opinion, if I was questioning it for a week and not already dribbling piss down my leg with excitement, I’d be looking for something else.
That’s a little too much of a spend to be looking at a car with remorse a month down the line.
To each his own .......

sounds great, can you share the finance info please? (yet again I'm playing with man maths to justify a new toy...)
Not sure what I can share that'll be of any use to you - BMW have a 0% finance offer on the M4 currently, and they are doing a deposit contribution - I'm chopping my 66-plate 440i Cabrio in against it and putting some cash to the deal too. Just to draw a line under this thread, I went for it in the end, not with my local dealer, who's sales manager seriously pissed me off to the extent I told him to stick his deal, but with one 25 miles away who not only matched the deal, but who have been a pleasure to deal with.
They were able to use a previously secured build slot, so expected delivery to me in week 48/end of November.
It's going to be a nice Christmas!

Indeed I am, and contrary to popular belief, it's actually a major selling point at re-sale. My 440 has Coral and salesman was telling me that the combination of red and silver/grey/black is what moves quickest when used.
