So I’ve decided on a Swift Sport for my next car. Two have caught my eye and debating which makes more sense. Car A is a15 plate, 36k full dealer history with stamps at 2,9, 18 and 26k so due a service. Car B is a 65 plate with 17k. One supplying dealer stamp at 9k and just serviced by selling garage at 17k.

Both cars look and appear mint, prefer the colour of Car B. So which would you go for lower miles or better history? Suzuki say 9k or a year for a service and from what I can tell the first 2k service is optional?! Thanks smile

The 2k service is not a service, it is just a free courtesy check-over designed to familiarize customers with the service department in order to retain their ongoing business.

In terms of choosing one, depends on price and condition?

Sorry, should have mentioned in the OP they are both the same price. Both look absolutely spotless. Car B I much prefer the colour was just concerned with the lack of history, although if the 2k service isn’t a service that’s good news! It does come with an AA 128 point check done but I’m not convinced that’s worth much tbh!

I'd imagine a car that's only done 17k miles and is only 3 years and has been serviced once will be absolutely fine. If you like that one more and they're the same price I'd not hesitate to go for it providing it looks and drives as it should.

Thanks, I think that’s what I was hoping to be told smile
