I am thinking about getting one of these as a toy.

The values are very high at the moment, which is fine if they stay that way; I am not looking for an investment, just something I can enjoy without losing a whole load of money.

Thoughts on which way the values of these are going to go please?

It's guesswork but I can't see them dropping at any point soon.

Values are unlikely to go down for good examples will only go up due to rare model and few in U.K. .

Having owned a few evos (including the super rare RS version of the TME) I would say current prices for the TME are over valued as the standard car is not much different to the 6 GSR ( apart from trim). 9 GT is the one to get if you can find one ( they are between £15k-£20k) or an 8 MR RS model ( even rarer!).

Rust is the big big problem With these now they are getting old.

This months edition of Modern Classics pits the TME against a selection of other awd machinery. Puts some interesting values on them to.
