Going to be doing my test not long from now hopefully and hoping of getting a Ford Fiesta 1.2 Studio as my first car, does this seem reasonable?

Also wondering what mods I'd be allowed on it which wouldn't drive my premium up massively so if anyone can point me in the right direction that'd be much appreciated.

2 tips for you.

1. Avoid cars that young drivers buy and crash a lot.

2. Avoid any kind of mods....save your money for better metal when you have some ncb under your belt.

+1 to this
My cheapest insurance quotes for when I was starting driving were for cars no sane 17 year old would buy - Volvo estates, Ford C-Max’s, Zafiras and the like.
