Basically agreed to buy a used car yesterday (Saturday) from a dealership but now I’m regretting it. I paid a £100 deposit and signed the vehicle order form. Agreement was to pick the car up on Wednesday.

Am I fked now or if I phone sunday will they be able to cancel the deal? I was going to be part exchanging my current car.

Are you familiar with the concept of a deposit ? Either cancel, apologise and forfeit the £100, or see the deal through.

+1 to the above assume you've lost the deposit & give them a call, they'll be fine.

Depending on dealership they might even do a fully refundable deposit
