New Model 320d vs Existing model 520d

Company car is due a change and I'm debating the brand new launched 320d M Sport or a 520d in SE guise.

The 3 series has a better spec and latest tech being a brand new launch but 5 series might be a smoother motorway cruiser (although its interior is looking dated now IMO). I do 40000 miles per year, mostly motorway miles.

Anyone who has looked into the new 3 series with any thoughts or opinions to help me choose? I am not allowed to choose any options etc so 320d M Sport vs 520d SE is the choice in standard spec

I'd say the new 3 series is the way to go it's only 200mm shy of the 5 series so that's the way I'd go.
