What car for 15k?
Discussion
Feel like i'm banging my head against a wall trying to look for a car. Had a company car for the past few years and now looking at prices regularly again can't believe how much stuff is!
I'll be doing about 12k a year
Needs to be relatively comfortable
Automatic is a must
Ideally something with a tiny bit of go (sub 7.5s 0-60)
Nothing too daft as will be using it for work
Not too fussed about MPG as get a fuel card
4 years old or under
No more than 60k miles.
Hatch or Saloon/Coupe
I've been looking at 135i's and GTI's but a decent one seems to be a bit above my budget.
Anyone got any other suggestions?
Cheers

fuel card is based on the cars CO2 emissions, so MPG does matter, indirectly. I'll be doing about 12k a year

Loads of choice if you are happy with a diesel. 3er, A4 etc.
Quite a few nice spec Mondeo petrols.
Mercedes CLS 250?

4-5 years old, 7.3 0-60, 45MPG and a nice place to spend 12,000 miles a year.

Pretty sure I've seen some higher mileage M235is around the £15K mark from time to time too.
