With the London ULEZ coming into force in April, is this going to cause (or already causing) a glut of cheap cars onto the second hand market? If the glut hits the market, where would a buyer be best to look for a car bargain? I ask because I am pondering replacing my aged XC90, and since I never drive into London or any other large city, I don't have to worry about the emissions rating of my car.

Most people that are going to be affected have already changed but just look in the usual places people won't be selling super cheap though as it only affects a small amount of people.

The 2021 extension (and other UK cities' own equivalent plans) will have a bigger imoact in due course.

Thanks. So another couple of years before the bigger changes are going to force people to change vehicle.
