£10k medium size hatch

I'm looking to spend around £10K (give or take) on a medium size family hatch. Must be petrol, manual, ideally 5 doors, at the hotter end of the warm hatch spectrum. Shortlist is looking as follows, is there anything else I'm missing?

Focus ST mk3 - the obvious choice and quite a few for sale. The best performance of the bunch. Nice seats and a proper sporty model. Have had Fords in the past though and fancy a change.

Alfa Guilietta 1.75 - Attractive interior, Bose system appeals, but not many about. Maybe the 1.4 turbo would be a cheaper alternative in Veloce spec, but I'm really looking for 200bhp plus hence the 1.75.

Kia Ceed GT - Good looking car, bit different, but again, not many about for sale.

Astra 1.6T 200 - The wildcard. A very decent engine by all accounts, its sleeper nature appeals to me, but it lacks the sports seats or stiffened suspension of a proper sports model (I think). Would be the newest car for the money though. 10k gets a 2016 model. Maybe they're cheap for a reason?

Anything else I've overlooked or real world experiences with the above would be welcome, cheers!
