Thats a fairly healthy budget with LOTS of cars that fit the criteria of turbo charged.

What do you mean by fun - are you after all out straight line speed or a well sorted chassis with good handling? Anything you don't want like FWD or AWD or RWD? Are you after an auto or manual or do you not mind either?

I would not recommend an Evo for a daily driver if i'm honest. In my experience they are very hard and require a lot of regular maintenance even when you aren't taken them out every day. Oil changes ever 3K etc. My STI was easier to live with on a day to day basis and that was why i stuck with that. So if you really need a daily driver the subaru would be a better fit in my opinion.

You are in the territory of a lot of fine hot hatchbacks.

A Bit of a jump in budget but not too much of a stretch could see you in one of the finest hot hatches out there at the moment and certainly by all accounts ticks the "fun" factor -

You've got the recent Golf R in there at that money too -

After something hot but a bit less lairy and has the Audi badge -

But i would say they are somewhat "dull" compared to the above two.

The previous generation Type R is available in budget - certainly "fun" and "lairy" to look at. Not as good as the most recent model, but shares the same engine and stonking amount of tuning potential and you don't see many -

The BMW offers a lot for the package but you do see a fair few of them on the road and that always puts me off a bit -

Or dump the Turbo charger and go for some fine fettled v8 in your life -

Lexus ISF - Lairy, fun, well put together, sounds glorious and rare - lot of boxes ticked -

Then you have the M3

or waft about in style and power with the Jaguar XF

Just a few of my ideas for you. A few more options/wants may help narrow down the list?

Does it have to be turbo - or just fun? Any specific body type?

If you're looking at turbo hot hatches then you should be looking at the class leader:

Trophy

Other options:
