Help.... think I’ve messed up
Discussion
Went to a dealer yesterday to look at bmw and test drove and discussed finance etc.
As we were discussing price they informed me the car tax was £440 for the next 3 years. Was surprised at this and they agreed to discount the car further to compensate. I left a refundable deposit and they were going to push the finance through.
Having thought about it more it will annoy me paying the car tax. Can I cancel the deal (it was yesterday).
Tia.

ks, every month you seem to have bought a new car or have issues with (a different car) you’ve either got a massive fleet of middling cars or you’re 12Durzel said:
I too don't understand.
Dealer agrees to discount the car to absorb the tax liability, and the OP is unhappy because... it's a car that has a liability in the first place?
Does sound like buyer's remorse.
Typical finance buyer innit. They cannot really afford the car and have to use tick to buy something they cannot afford. Dealer agrees to discount the car to absorb the tax liability, and the OP is unhappy because... it's a car that has a liability in the first place?
