Can Cayennes get any cheaper - my 2019 winter beater?
Ok so the obvious answer is yes and for good reason! The 3.2 is asthmatic at best and the 4.5S is a time bomb waiting to go off if you even dare enter the search Cayenne 4.5 into google! BUT the car problem routed deep within me says that the one I keep driving past locally for £2000 that hasn't moved in months now needs acquiring for as little as possible!
She's a leggy 2004 3.2 S looking rather sad with a bashed door and north of 100k miles! On the plus side the interior looks mint and is in black not something silly, it has the original alloys which look clean and the bodywork looks very good apart from the door. Also an mot check reveals that it hasn't had many advisories - now that means it has either been well cared for OR its due a fail sheet that will read as well as our dear PMs resume once this is all over!
So has anyone taken the plunge on one of these ex-narcotics transporters of choice, am I mad or is this the ultimate shedding?
Answers on a postcard, what could possibly go wrong that would instantly make this an ornament in our already over crowded drive? Pictures would also be fantastic!

i bought a 2006 4.5 S 3 years ago with 168k km on the clock (I live in Dubai). Just sold at weekend (as I'm returning to UK) with 255k at weekend as returning home. never once let me down, had to service and replace the odd thing here and there, but i loved every km with it.
Probably cost me £5k in service/repairs in 3 years. bought it for £5k and sold for £2k, so think i got my moneys worth. So £8k all in for 85k km and 3 years v8....Worked out less than cost of rental focus for 3 years!
