Mercedes C63S Estate, nothing but problems.

I loathe to write such a post but I'm at a stage that i'm completely fed up.
I bought a C63S Estate from a main dealer at the end of November, Its a 2015 car on a 65 plate, it had done 27k miles when i bought it and its been back to mercedes 4 times in that time for differing and the same issues.
1st issue after washing the car, one wheel caked in brake dust and filings. Turns out one side has incorrectly fitted brake pads and had worn out in about 1000 miles. Also a vibration from the rear which i was put down to the brakes.
No issues and the brakes were replaced and one wheel refurbed.
Also a few niggling things like, boot out of alignment which they adjusted but still isn't flush, rear parcel shelf wouldn't raise with out a little tap, they said they had reset it.
2nd Issue still a vibration from the rear, i had checked the affected wheel from previous brake pad issue and had noticed that there were no wheel weights on that wheel so the vibration was put down to that again, also rear parcel still not working correctly.
They rebalanced the wheel and said it was all done.
3rd issue, after starting from cold the and selecting gear, the car would rev to about 2k rpm before the MCT gearbox engaged its clutch. Also, still the vibration from the rear.
They did a gearbox update which was out before the car was sold to me.
Rebalanced the wheels and said the vibration was sorted.
4th time back in with the same, gearbox and gearbox.
They reset the gearbox and sent the info off to Mercedes for analysis. Mercedes came back saying that's a trait of the car, if it is then i can accept that, I've no dealings with similar cars.
Rear vibration still there and now they've started saying that its a new issue.
Theres still recurring issues with the parcel shelf and also some lacquer over the diamond cutting has come off a wheel, with no damage to that wheel. I'm just fed up of bringing up issues with it.
I don't know where to go from here but it's safe to say that it's not good enough. I'm done with the car, i don't trust it and don't feel safe having any fun in it.
I work away in the week which is about 2 hours away from the dealer i bought it from but home is quite near to it. So it's quite a pain and waste of my time to shuttle the car back and fore to them, for them not to solve the problem.
Where can i go from here? It's not something iv'e had to deal with before.
I would appreciate any advice anyone could offer.

It sounds like you have bought a pup - possibly an accident damaged pup given the out of alignment tailgate (mercedes fit and finish is normally 1st class) and the rear end vibration.
If you have it on finance then maybe speak with the finance company
Also I'd compile a list of times, dates and details of the issues and visits to the dealer with a view to forming a case for issuing a letter of rejection.

Tried to reject the car and they’ve said the issue causing the vibration is now the brakes so as it’s a wear and tear item that rejecting the car is not an option.
Took it in to get discs and pads which they would replace as good will, they have now discovered a worn front hub which has caused the front tyre to wear to the cords on the inside.
I still don’t think it’s the discs, it’s coming from the rear.
I’ll be formally rejecting the car today, this is utterly shocking.

Get rid asap - sounds like a problem car with some past secrets to reveal.Took it in to get discs and pads which they would replace as good will, they have now discovered a worn front hub which has caused the front tyre to wear to the cords on the inside.

Yes they are petty things and I could forgive them at the beginning but with how many times it’s been back in for the vibration to still be there and to be finding things wrong every time I think it’s justified to list them.
It’s certainly a shame it’s got to this, it’s my ideal car.

Ah that old chestnut! If it were true then I'd be expecting to find it mentioned in all the car review sites and videos.Kinda sounds like it may have been rear ended at some point. Is there anywhere in South Wales which do Road Force Balancing to check the actual rear tyres and alloys are not out of true? I found my front tyre was slightly oval (probably from potholes) and causing vibrations but they managed to use the machine to fix the tyre and vibrations disappeared. They've started to come back a little bit, but the front tyres are proper cheap ones so I'll be changing soon.
Another thought may be propshaft?
This is an old thread and sorry to necro - sounds like you had a crappy time with that dealer. What I would say is that when cold the gearbox is very very loathe to fully engage the clutch until you're rolling properly - it does feel over the top but it settles down after a few miles.
