German dealers - reputable..

Going LHD car shopping and Germany seems the best option when price comparing..
On my list (to give an idea of dealer needed) are; DB9s, Bentley GT, M6 GC, Jag XJR or XF, FFRR 405, Maserat GT sport (current preferred)
being near big towns/ cities is probably going to give best choices but will most likey give price hike, have a load parked on mobile.de already but not viewed overview map yet, was hoping for some input / suggestions from the experts on here?
Any pointers? Maybe even an auction? Im pretty ok with spotting duds

I think you need some educating on cars. The only German car in this list is the M6. The rest are British and Italian.

If you're looking at main dealers, I bought my California from Tamsen in Hamburg (Now Penske) and found them to be very good to deal with. Made the whole purchase very straightforward and a really pleasant experience. The aftercare has also been somewhat better than seems to be the case from some of the dealers here in the UK. I believe from the one site they should be able to offer you quite a few of the options from your list as well as I know they have Ferrari, Maserati, Aston Martin, Lamborghini and Bentley at least there.
By contrast, I had experience with a couple of "specialist" dealers in both Germany and Belgium and found that the quality of the cars they had on offer was definitely very variable and in one in particular the presentation and preparation of the cars in the showroom left a lot to be desired....with many bits of damage/flaws etc that only became noticeable when actually inspecting the car rather than relying on the photos that they were providing. I also recall one in Cologne who insisted on meeting me at the airport (in the car I was interested in) and flatly refusing to let me visit their premises. Needless to say, I didn't buy that particular one !
