You could even fit the Lab in the back as unlike human passengers it doesn't need legroom.

And FFS OP don't buy something nearly new like the M240i. Even with your mileage the value will drop like a stone and you'll just blend in with every other car on the road. If you're only doing 100 miles a month what do you care about MPG etc. Make those few miles an event every day.
