Cars with remote start/heating

Looking at options I’d like to have in a new car and quite like the idea of starting or pre-heating/cooling by remote. It’s an option that’s seems quite popular here in the US (on vacation currently!) so was wondering which cars/manufacturers have this available in the UK? I’m hoping it’s not exclusive to the higher tier market but guessing it’s subscription based?

My old 530d had a factory webasto, was great for early starts in winter. I think most BMW 3l diesels have them even if not speced.
