Alternatives to 911 Carrera 4S lease?

Hey all.

Just wondering what people would consider as alternatives to the 911 Carrera 4S lease? Monthly prices seem to be around £1400 (at least on cars2buy) whereas similarly priced "on the road" cars (i8, F-Type R) are sub-1k (F-Type R) and sub £800 (i8). This will be my first lease so I want to make sure I choose the best fit for me (power, loud exhaust, head turning looks).

If those are your primary requirements then the F-Type R is the only choice surely?

911 won't turn heads and isn't very noisy as standard. i8 will turn heads but is quiet and lacks power.

Other options that would meet all 3 requirements are far more expensive (Maserati GT MC, AMG GT, Audi R8)

With requirements such as those, have you considered a modified car?

There’s a tuned Vauxhall Astra VXR which has been wrapped in lime green which often frequents our local market town on a Saturday night.

Very loud, plenty of power (spins its front wheels violently and proudly at each set of traffic lights on the high street) and head turning looks - and yours for only £5k I would imagine? Big saving versus a 911, and more practical.

I test drove both the F-Type R and 911 but they left me wanting more. I did some more digging and found a used McLaren 540c for a great deal not too far from me so I pulled the trigger on that and it'll be arriving in a few weeks. It probably goes without saying but I'm excited now!

I’d have gone for the Astra VXR, but the 540c will do the job.
