Bad paint match on door,cheap tyres,overspray on calipers.

Not very well presented for such a rare and expensive car, quick dust over of the wheels with a rattle can and got paint on the calipers. Just why?

11 year old car, probably now in a far better state then when it turned up.
Dealer has reconditioned it for sale, not restored it.

It's actually not far off price wise the door looks like an insurance approved repair (edge to edge with no blending in) too me & the calipers could be sorted easily.
