Driving Ban - Advice/Guidance

Hi.

I am a newbie here, but I thought I can utilise this avenue for getting some advice / assistance.

I currently have a 2016 Porsche Boxster. Its on a lease which I have 6 months left. I am currently serving a driving ban.

I am paying £600 p/d a month for the car and being on a ban the car is wasting away. Looking for advice on recommended companies or private individuals that can take the car off me until 3rd Jan 2020 - happy to provide some discount too on the price.

Any help/support would be appreciated.

Can you simply give it back to Porsche?

First thing to do would be to read the terms of your lease and see what you can and can't do, and what the costs are for each option.

Could you not simply get a 3rd party to insure themselves on the car, they pay you a monthly fee and use the car? A solicitor could draft up a document that you could use?

Yes that’s a good point, is that 3rd party individual or a 3rd party company you referring to?

If it's a lease then you will have signed an agreement that will cover all this stuff. Dig it out and read it or call the leasing/finance company.
