Anybody had experience with a PCH from Hitachi Finance

About to enter into a new PCH agreement with Hitachi. Has anybody had any experience with handing back cars to them at the end of a lease? Do they tend to be fairly reasonable re wear and tear?

My last Focus ST was via Hitatchi, had no issues at all and the return inspection was via BCA.

I did get a charge of about £180 for a dent I never noticed, but when they inspected at my home I would say it was a fair charge.

The dent was was just above the side skirt where it joined the wheel arch and about the size of a 50p. No broken paint, scuffs etc and I have no idea when it had appeared. I reckon it wouldn't have been a PDR type repair based on where it was.

Cheers - I did think that would be the case but just wanted to check. I've had experience BCA in the past and they tend to be fine.
