Personally I`d keep the Civic, it`s a great all rounder.

I had an Impreza many years ago, it was fun for about a month and then the cons started to outweigh the pros hugely. I got rid after 6 months of ownership, luckily for me prices were still decent so I didn`t take much of a bath.

The DC5 I know little about but for me I`d keep the Civic...

I really like the Civic - it's an amazing machine and does a very good job of being a Touring car for the road and really feels like last of the old school, badly behaved hot hatches. But I don't 'love' it, or feel an emotional attachment, for want of a better word (yes I know it's just some metal at the end of the day, but you know what I mean).
I had two P1's at different times back in the day that were daily drivers and regret selling them, but they always needed to fund the next car purchase.

If I sold the Type R I would be in a position to get a P1 as a second, pampered car to use for weekends away, road trips or whenever the mood takes. I've had 35 cars in 16 years of driving and I admire these folks that have kept a pampered well-loved special car for years and years. I want that with the P1. I grew up with McRae & Burns in the WRC and me as a little Badger waving a Subaru flag vehemently to ward off the evil Evos!

The integra would be a daily, (doesn't definitely have to be an Integra, maybe a Clio 200 or something like that) but I can still get my car swapping kicks out of that and have a P1 for keepsies.

I would suspect that, financially, both the Scoob and the Integra will increase in price it would make "some" sense. If you're willing to live with those cars and take meticulous care of them then I'd say go for it.

As a daily I'd probably take a Megane RS250 over the DC5.

I used to own a DC5 which was a brilliant car, but I wouldn't want one as a daily.

They are quite noisy inside and the suspension and chassis is very stiff.

Yes the DC5 as a daily is a fluid idea, Megane 250 or a Clio 200 would be a good bet too. Maybe even an EP3, but maybe would like a few more creature comforts for a daily. I had a Megane 250 and 265 before with the heated leather seats and they were great as daily cars.
